This was announced Saturday by the governor of Cabinda province, Marcos Nhunga. Nhunga said that the acquisition of the incubator is to respond, in the coming months, to a programme of former soldiers and rural population of the four municipalities.

Speaking at the ceremony to launch Santo Muno villahe, commune of Dinge, in municipality of Cacongo, the governor said the livestock promotion programme will ensure distribution of chicks to ex-soldiers that join the programme to the communities.

They received 40 laying chicks each when joining the programme.

Marcos Nhunga stressed that it is a concern of the Executive to promote these programmes to fight poverty.
